Lightning and Chaos
Lightning tore across the sky as the night descended upon the battlefield. A cacophony of clashing swords, anguished cries, and the blaring horns of war filled the air like a haunting symphony. The year was 1099, deep in the era of the First Crusade, and the earth ran dark with blood under the siege of Jerusalem. Amid the chaos, a lone figure marched relentlessly toward the city gates, her silhouette cutting a stark figure against the thick storm clouds that churned above.
Her name was Amara de Noir, a knight whose presence alone was enough to still the hearts of her enemies and inspire her allies. Her armor was unconventional—a striking combination of chainmail and leather, romantic yet practical for the medieval battlefield. Her black leather cuirass gleamed in the tempest, akin to the model of a midnight battlefield star, with hints of steel weaving through its tailored panels. Pale gray linen hugged her beneath the leather, a tunic that rolled into long sleeves and ended in dirk-slitted sides, freeing her movement as her polished high-waist greaves creased enough battle level-echo streams as she reached rotation positions in majestic broad combat.
